Your “SARL”, “SNC”, “SCS”'s headquarters can be based in the MBC2 whether your business is at a “set up” stage or “up and running”.
Depending on your needs MBC2 offers shared office spaces or private offices.
Campus Option
This option includes a desk in a shared open space and is dedicated to “new businesses” for a period of two years.
It also includes a desk with storage space, a telephone, Internet connections and a personalized answering service. This option forbids hiring an employee.
Private Office
Our offices are available for rent at all times: during your business's “set up” or once it is “up and running” and with no time limitation. MBC2's private offices match everyone's requirements; they are furnished in a modern and functional way. They include one or two desks and have a sea view or an unobstructed view of Monaco.
The rental of an office also includes:
- - Telephone subscriptions, Internet (wired and wifi), electricity, water
- - Maintenance and cleaning
- - Call transfer or message taking service
- - Enjoyment of common areas
ENTREPRENEURS SALES REPRESENTATION AGENCIES
Whether your business is at a “set up” stage or “up and running” it can be headquartered at MBC2 by renting a shared office (an open space) or a private office.
Start Up Option
This option includes a desk in a shared open space and is made for “start ups”, for a period of six months (one year for Monegasques). It includes a desk and a personalized answering service for a minimum of five hours per month. This option forbids hiring personnel.
Primo Option
This option includes a desk in a shared open space and can be chosen for a business set up or for a business that is up and running. It also includes a desk with storage space, a telephone, internet connections and a personalized answering service, for a minimum of one day per week. This solution, which has an unlimited time period, forbids hiring an employee.
Private Office
Our offices are available for rent at all times: during your business's “set up” or once it is “up and running” and with no time limitation. MBC2's private offices match everyone's requirements; they are furnished in a modern and functional way. They include one or two desks and have a sea view or an unobstructed view of Monaco.
The rental of an office also includes:

SAM
Your SAM can be domiciled in the MBC2. A surface area of 25m2 is required, that is to say the rental of one or several private offices. (A surface of 9m2 by employee must then be added)
MBC2 also offers the possibility to domicile “SAM's” that are in liquidation. This service includes establishing a registered office and correspondence management.

Any Monegasque non-trading company&lsquote;s headquarters (“SCI” – “SCP”) can be based at MBC2.
Domiciliation
MBC2's personnel will deal with your correspondence and its redirection (following your instructions).
MBC2 can also manage all companies' administrative formalities.
